Holiday house Rozina Dutovlje reflects the rustic charm of the country way of life; the house offers homeliness and a great deal of comfort.
The main building covers an area of 130 m2 and is accessible through a green planted courtyard with an old well, a shady garden for leisure activities and a picnic area with a barbecue. The courtyard is enclosed by a wall, which provides safety for children and pets.
House has three bedrooms, each for two people; the living room is on the upper floor, where our guests can rest and watch TV. Here there is also a space with a computer desk and a small library in the corner of the living room. The ground floor comprises a dining room, which also serves as a living space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker and a masonry stove. It also comprises a bathroom with a shower and a WC on the ground floor and another WC on the first floor. The sauna is installed on the ground floor and can be Finnish or steam. Both living rooms are fitted with double folding beds.
In the surroundings there are many nicely kept cycle paths. A nature trail invites you to learn more about the nature of the Karst and karst phenomena, with loops around the village.

The house is in an exceptional location for organising shorter or longer trips. After thirty minutes' drive our guests will be able to visit: Lipica, Trieste, Koper, Gorizia, Postojna. Within an hour's drive you can reach Ljubljana, Udine, Piran ... In less than two hours you will be able to enjoy the beauties of Venice, the river Soča, Lake Bled, a large part of Istria ...
Less than 20 km from the village you will be able to enjoy the Sistiana resort, ride horses or play golf (in Lipica). The starting point for walkers and cyclists is from the village. Nearby there are several world-famous caves (Postojna Cave, The Škocjan Caves, Grotta Gigante). Adrenaline addicts can enjoy the beauties of the river Soča - rafting, canyoning, kayaking, parachuting, flying in an aeroplane or by paraglider.
