From a farm on which cheesemaking was at first only a supplementary activity, we have in twenty-five years built up a company that today employs, besides the family, an excellent team of ten colleagues.
We are the first private cheese dairy in Slovenia and one of the few in Central Europe that processes three different kinds of milk in one place. To our customers we offer a selection of more than seventy different dairy products and cheeses, which are made to traditional recipes, without artificial additives or preservatives.
Our main mission and purpose is to offer home-made dairy products and cheeses of the highest quality and, through our work, to contribute to the general recognition of Slovenian cheeses and to raising their culinary value.

The dairy products of the Pustotnik farm range from refreshing milk drinks to various kinds of curd cheese and fresh products. From our cellars come both young cheeses of gentle aroma and flavour and piquant matured cheeses with a more pronounced character. Our rich offer of home-made dairy products certainly includes your favourite too.
