Ravne na Koroškem

Ravne na Koroškem developed along the lower course of the river Meža, below mighty Uršlja gora. The town, known for its centuries-old iron and steel tradition, was called Guštanj right up to the end of the Second World War. A sight of Ravne are the unique steel art sculptures of Forma viva. A key element of the tourist offer is excursion tourism with an emphasis on presenting the cultural and historical heritage and natural points of interest, an offer of sports and recreation activities in nature, and rural tourism with its offer of farm stays.
