In the tourist farm Megušar we offer you nicely furnished rooms and apartments, which with all modern comfort will certainly offer you a good and pleasant rest, while strength for new experiences will be given to you by the self-service breakfast, in which home-made dishes will of course predominate, and a cup of good coffee will not be missing either.
On cold evenings you will be able to warm yourselves by the fireplace, and on warm evenings chat on the covered terrace.
We therefore invite you to visit us and see our offer for yourselves. We are sure that you will gladly return!
Megušar Farm Stay is located in Stara Loka, one of the oldest villages in Slovenia, since the village is first mentioned as early as 973. Stara Loka lies on the left bank of the Selška Sora and is directly joined to the town of Škofja Loka. Škofja Loka and with it Stara Loka in themselves offer plenty of tourist and sporting attractions, and at the same time, given their position and good transport links, they are also excellent bases for exploring Slovenia.
The Megušar farm too, known locally as Pr’ Prtiž, has a long history of existence and lies at an altitude of 355 m. Besides livestock breeding and arable farming, an important activity of ours is also growing soft fruit in a plantation of American blueberries and raspberries and processing fruit, especially pressing juices - apple juice.
