In pleasant surroundings, with a lovely garden and a large car park, we offer you apartments and rooms of various sizes (one-, two- and three-room, in the *** and **** star category). The apartments have SAT TV, a direct telephone line, air conditioning and a wireless internet connection. The apartments are furnished to a quality standard even for the most demanding guests (business travellers).
At Apartments and rooms Ravbar we boast a long family tradition. Our beginnings reach back to the distant year 1970. At that time mother Kristina and Jože took the first guest under their roof, who because of the hospitality soon returned and brought a friend along with him. Every morning the guests received a plentiful home-made breakfast, which the mother owner served them. The good name of the Ravbar apartments thus soon spread all over the world. Guests come from all European countries and also from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, China and others. The Ravbar family (Jože, his wife Milena, their sons Matjaž and Uroš) today continue an almost 40. year family tradition. In 2000 we renovated and built new apartments and in 2005 added new rooms.
We all travel a lot and know what it takes for a guest to feel good. Uroš was the first Slovene to drive around the world in two years and is an excellent source of information for all travellers. He spent almost five years travelling, visited approx. 90 countries and published two travel books. Jože is also an actively engaged member of the Novo mesto tourist society and one of the better connoisseurs of Dolenjska, Bela krajina and the rest of Slovenia.
