Hotel Astoria Bled is located in the centre of Bled on the road leading to Pokljuka, only 300 metres from the lake.

The hotel is suitable for guests who want rest and relaxation, for organised groups, seminars, business meetings, weddings and other social gatherings, and also for those who want recreation and like to enjoy themselves in the evenings.

A particularity of the hotel is also that it operates under the auspices of the Bled Higher Vocational College of Catering and Tourism (and is owned by the Ministry of Education) – students of the tourism and catering programmes receive their practical training in it.

To a considerable degree the hotel's business rests on the congress and seminar guest segment. Sportspeople also often stay at the hotel.
