Vransko
Vransko is the youngest town in the lower Savinja valley, located in its western part. Rapid development is occuring everywhere in the town. There's a firefighters' museum, a motorcycle museum and an ethnographic collection. Several nearby peaks and hiking trails that start at Vransko help keep the people in shape. Menina, once the symbol of local mountaineers, is now accessible via a well-marked mountain trail, as are Tolsti vrh and Cemšeniška planina.
