At the tourist farm guests can enjoy simple but delicious local cuisine not only in the old farm house but also in the beautiful arched cellar or outside in the garden under the 100-year-old linden tree and other chestnut trees. We also offer wine tastings (for up to 20 guests) in the wine cellar, where great wines produced in the wine regions nearby and tasty cold cuts will make sure guests will have a lovely evening.

But you can also join Mr. Jernej and Mrs. Marta and help them prepare traditional homemade dishes. You can learn how to make the Idrija dumplings, the delicious Bakalca ragout or the famous štruklji (filled dough rolls).

Seasonal dishes:

• Spring is the time for asparagus, wild garlic soup, štruklji, freshly picked boletus and chanterelle and crispy dandelion salads with cracklings and potatoes.
• During summer all the dishes get accompanied by our fresh, healthy and homegrown vegetables.
• Fall is the time to enjoy pumpkin soup, štruklji and chestnut pie.
• Winter is all about cabbage, turnip, the Šebrelje stomach, pork and sausages.
