The Gradenc Estate – holiday house - presentation

The Gradenc Estate offers guests 2 lovely holiday houses:

• holiday house Lipa
  
• holiday house Vrba
   

The Gradenc Estate is surrounded by a lovely 3000 m² garden. It is located in a peaceful area on the edge of the village Gradenc in the middle of a hilly wine-growing region only 7 kilometers away from the town of Žužemberk.

Up to 8 guests can stay in the holiday house Lipa and up to 6 guests in the holiday house Vrba. Both holiday houses can be rented at once or individually.

The valley of the Krka river offers a lot of great activities – from cycling, walking, fly fishing and mountaineering to kayaking, golfing and sightseeing (e.g. Castle of Žužemberk).

The house is surrounded by a lovely garden where a summer terrace with a grill and a boules playground can be found. There is also a lovely former wooden granary at the property which today acts like a playground for the children.
