Podčetrtek stretches along the border river of Sotla in the areas of Upper and Middle Sotelsko. It is an extremely tourist-friendly municipality. Besides the Olimje spa, there are plenty of other fascinating destinations in the area. Unspoiled nature and beautiful towns invite visitors to explore them.

Several cultural and historical monuments are worthy of attention: the Olimje apothecary and monastery, the church of St. Mary, the Olimje chocolate house and Jelenov Greben. Winegrowers and cellarmen have created delicious, high-quality wines that you can taste at any wine cellar in the area.
