Apartments Paradizo Karst - presentation

The Apartments Paradizo are located in the beautiful small Slovenian Karst village Komen. The apartments are new and are equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, a TV, a WI-FI internet connection and a lovely balcony (on the sunny south side of the house). Under the apartments there is a snack bar, but not far away you can also find a grocery store, a bank, the post office, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a health center and a great bakery.

Apartments Paradizo at Karst are only 30 km away from the Italian airport Ronchi, where the cheapest European low cost air-line Ryanair is flying.

In the village Komen and its surroundings, you can visit one of the several hospitable farms, a so called Osmica, where farmers will offer you home-made wine (e.g. the delicious autochthon red wine Teran) and delicious home-made dishes (e.g. prosciutto, cabbage stew or štruklji – filled boiled dumplings).

Why are we recommending a visit to the Karst? Because it offers a nice Mediterranean climate, a beautiful seaside, lots of hiking and cycling routes and several great climbing walls. You can also go and visit one of the many castles, go riding, explore the Karst caves and various caverns from the First World War or get active while playing paintball. Moreover, Karst is only a 20-minute drive away from the most beautiful wild and secluded Italian beaches.
