Description of path
Go from Lesce to Grosuplje via the route »Quickly to Grosuplje«. The 223-kilometer circular route begins in Škofljica. At the end of Grosuplje, turn right in the direction of Krka. In Veliko Mlačevo, turn left toward Žalna and cycle to Velika Loka. Turn left toward Višnja Gora. There, follow the main road until you reach Ivančna Gorica. Turn right toward Žužemberk and continue in the direction of Novo Mesto. In Soteska (where the first road to the right leads to Črnomelj), head straight ahead to Gorenje Polje. Turn right toward Dolenjske Toplice, then follow the signposts for Črnomelj. Turn right before the bridge in Črnomelj, descend onto a lower bridge and turn left over the Lahinja. Go forward until you see a road toward Tribuče and Bojanci on the right. Follow that road to Vinica and the border crossing. Cycle along the narrow road by the Kolpa river to Učakovci and turn right onto a macadam road. After 2.4 kilometers you'll reach an asphalt road where you should turn left. Cycle straight through Sinji Vrh and Dalnje Njive. Follow the macadamized road for 1.3 kilometers to Špeharji, then for another 4.1 kilometers. Once you reach asphalt, you'll soon need to turn left toward Radenci. Cycle along the banks of the Kolpa river to Gorenja Žaga. Turn right at the phone booth, then turn left. Ascend from the Kolpa valley past Castle Kostel to the main road and turn right toward Kočevje. Pass through the centers of Kočevje and Ribnica and follow the main road all the way to Škofljica. The 223-kilometer circular route ends there.
