Log Cabin Tinkara is located below Hotel Jelka on Pokljuka, where you can find a restaurant, sauna, and a sports hall with playground facilities. Bled is approximately 12 km away and Bohinj about 15 km.

Access to the log cabin is from an asphalt road located nearby, approximately 40 meters away. Parking is available along the road.

In winter, two ski lifts operate in the immediate vicinity – one 300 m long and a children’s ski lift. A sledding area is also arranged nearby during the winter season.

Cross country skiing trails are available at the Rudno Polje ski center, which is 4 km away.

The surrounding area offers many starting points for hiking. In summer, nature provides opportunities for picking mushrooms and blueberries or simply enjoying walks in the beautiful natural surroundings.
