Descrizione della strada

The route begins at the Aqualuna pools. Follow the main road to the signpost for Vonarje, then continue along the local road toward Rogaška Slatina. There are a few slopes and descents along the way. After about a kilometer (just before the pond), turn left and ascend to the church of St. Emma along a barely maintained macadam road. Feel free to relax and take a look at the church, then cycle down the road on the other side of the hill. The descent is very steep, so be careful. Once you reach the railroad crossing, turn left onto the main road to Podčetrtek. Head past Olimje, then turn right at the next intersection nad gas station. Turn left immediately afterwards to reach Olimje. Turn left beneath Olimje, pass the golf court and turn left again before the bridge to reach the village Virštanj. After a three-kilometer 11% slope, you'll reach the top. Enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding landscape, then desend to the villages Selo and Golobinjek. Turn left again and follow the main road past the Olimje spa to Aqualuna.
