PRICES from January 1st to December 31st 2024: 

The table above shows the price in € for an apartment per night. The price includes the use of internet, water and electricity, the use of parking space and the use of all equipment and supplies within the facility.

The price does not include:
  - Accommodation fee: 35€ per stay (bed linen, towels, final cleaning).
  - Tourist tax: 2.50€ per day. Children 7-17 years: 1.25€ per day. Children under 7 years are tax-free.
  - Extra bed charge (extra beds are not possible in every apartment): 10€ per night (20€ per night for high season). For children up to 2 years there is no extra charge.

Terms & conditions:
  - Minimum stay is 2 nights.
  - If the stay in high season (summer, school holidays in Slovenia, new year) is shorter than 4 nights, 30% supplement might be applied on the prices above.
  - For the reservations in the high season we will require a prepayment of 35% of the total price (we might require a prepayment in the low season also).
  - In case of cancellation we charge 35% of the total price.
  - In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or in case of a no-show we charge the total price.

Wellness: 
  - Mini wellness in full privacy, 1.5 hrs: 30€ (in case only sauna is available, the price is 20€).

Additional services:
  - Laundry, up to 7 kg: 10€.
  - Ironing, up to 7 kg: 10€.
  - Ironing shirts: 2€ per shirt.

All prices are in EUR and include VAT.

Check-in from 15.00, check-out by 10.00 am (any exception outside these terms must be arranged by prior agreement). Please note that 10€ surcharge might applies for arrivals after 21.00, due to the extra costs of our staff.

Pets are not allowed unfortunately. It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments.
Any damage caused by negligence or arrogance will be charged.
