From the direction of Gorenjska (northwestern Slovenia), you can reach Soriška planina via Železniki or Bohinjska Bistrica. From the direction of Primorska (southwestern Slovenia), you can reach it via Podbrdo. If the weather conditions are suitable, you just may be amazed by the beautiful view of the Julian Alps. Beginner and recreational skiers are welcome, as are competitive skiers who will be able to try out the giant slalom trail. If you wish, you can also measure your skiing speed on a trail designed specificially for that purpose
