The Krvavec Apartments are only a 45-minute drive from Ljubljana and a 30-minute drive from the Ljubljana Airport. The Jezerca mountain pasture is accessible by an asphalted road or an aerial cable car. Upon request, we can arrange transport to the log cabin. The apartments are located approximately 500 m from the Ski Resort Krvavec - the starting point is Kriška planina.

Cable car access
The apartments can be reached by the cable car from the Grad Village at Cerklje na Gorenjskem.

At the Jesenice–Ljubljana highway, choose the Kranj-east (Kranj–vzhod) exit and carry on towards Brnik, Komenda and Mengš. Once at the main Spodnji Brnik roundabout, drive towards Cerklje and the Krvavec ski resort. As you reach Cerklje na Gorenjskem, leave the main road, which leads to Velesovo and Visoko, and turn slightly right in the direction of the Krvavec ski resort. The road will soon take you to the Grad village and, after a few kilometres, straight to the Krvavec lower cable car station.

From the upper station of the Krvavec cable care, we can arrange car transport for you
and your luggage to the log cabin, or snowmobile transport in the winter.


Car access
At the Jesenice–Ljubljana highway, choose the Kranj-east (Kranj–vzhod) exit and then carry on towards Brnik, Komenda and Mengš. Once at the main Spodnji Brnik roundabout, drive towards Cerklje and the Krvavec ski resort. As you reach Cerklje na Gorenjskem, leave the main road, which leads to Velesovo and Visoko, and turn slightly right in the direction of the Krvavec ski resort. The road will soon take you to the Grad village, where you can follow the signposts for Ambrož pod Krvavcem, leading to the right, onto a steep asphalted road (the Krvavec lower cable car station and Štefanja gora are located straight ahead). As the slope becomes slightly milder, you will reach a crossing point from where you can carry on left in the direction of Ambrož pod Krvavcem (the villages of Ravne, Apno and Šenturška gora are located straight down the road). The road first declines and then starts rising over occasionally scenic slopes. Higher up the road, you will reach the village of Ambrož pod Krvavcem. Passing by the Church of Saint Ambrose, you will get to the Pr' Ambružarju tourist farm. From the farm, the road leads into the woods, rising all the way to Jezerca and a large parking area.

Direct car access is provided directly to the apartment facility. Each apartment is assigned one parking space. If the apartments are not accessible due to snow, you can leave the car at the spacious parking area just 200 away and we will be happy to provide snowmobile transport to the log cabin. 


Access from the airport
From the airport, turn right and drive to Brnik. There, choose the third exit at the first roundabout, leading towards Krvavec and Cerklje na Gorenjskem. As you reach Cerklje na Gorenjskem, leave the main road, which leads to Velesovo and Visoko, and turn slightly right in the direction of the Krvavec ski resort.
