Youth hostel Ars Viva – Somewhere there beyond Lake Cerknica, between Snežnik, Racna gora and the Bloke plateau, lies a land that seems as if it wanted to remain lost in solitude. The hidden world of nature is watched by the drying racks.
We offer guests bed and breakfast. The Ars Viva accommodation is divided into a hostel for 26 people with a shared kitchen, where guests can prepare lunch/dinner themselves or make excellent coffee and enjoy the terrace with a view of the amphitheatre, and into an apartment part, in which up to 14 people can stay, with a shared kitchen

HOSTEL DESCRIPTION
In the hostel we have available double rooms WITH their own bathroom and with a shared bathroom, one 4-bed room, shared beds (8 people), a day room, 2 libraries, a gallery, a reception and a dining room, an open courtyard, an amphitheatre,. Altogether there are 26 beds + 4 extra beds

Guests can hold workshops/seminars in the multi-purpose hall, which takes up to 70 people. The hall is multimedia-equipped with a screen, a projector, a sound system and a smart television. The interior is nicely enlivened by a saw, which allows guests contact with wood, and that binds memories of homeliness, which is also one of the guiding principles of Youthostel Ars Viva, so that guests feel at home with us.
