STERGULC HOUSE Bovec
In the autumn of 2009 the new business and tourist Stergulc House opened its doors, in which the Bovec Local Tourist Organisation also resides. In the Stergulc House there are two modernly equipped conference halls with all the infrastructure. Both new halls in the Stergulc House represent a great acquisition for Bovec, since with this completely new possibilities open up for the development of congress and seminar tourism in Bovec. The Bovec hotels already have in their structure about 20 per cent of guests from seminar tourism.
Conference facilities:
• The large congress hall has an area of 163.13 m2; it is floored with ship decking and has a segmented flat plaster ceiling at various angles. The hall is equipped audiovisually. Belonging to the hall there is also a fully equipped room for simultaneous interpreting of 7.30 m2 and a storeroom of 4.85 m2. With cinema-style seating the hall accommodates up to 100 people.
• The gallery, or small congress hall, has an area of 94.27 m2. The floor is ship decking and gives the room warmth; the ceiling is a suspended segmented flat plaster ceiling at various angles. The hall is equipped with audiovisual equipment. With cinema-style seating it accommodates up to 70 people, while a classroom layout allows 36 seats.
