It will always smell of home cooking and there will be sunshine in everything we serve, we promised ourselves when we began the Istranova story. We could tell you about the golden oil from the nearby olive groves, about the sunsets that pamper you over a good glass of wine, about the fresh seasonal vegetables from the garden that enrich our menu, about the scent of truffles, home-style Istrian dishes and home-made bread that comes out of our kitchen.

We could describe to you the view of unspoilt nature from our terrace, or the taste of the dessert that melts in the mouth over an afternoon coffee. But words and pictures are not enough; real pleasures simply have to be experienced.
