Humar Apartment

A mountain fairy tale below Krn. Apartma Humar is located on a farm at the end of the beautiful, idyllic mountain hamlet of Krn, 1000m above sea level, where a farm with a century-long tradition stands, in which we offer farm accommodation. 
The farm stands on the mountain bike transversal, the Alpe Adria hiking trail and the Walk of Peace.
An escape from the bustle of everyday life, a uniquely peaceful location, fresh mountain air and unspoilt nature are natural values for every one of our guests. A relaxed awakening in the midst of nature to the singing of birds and the bells on the mountain pasture; you fall asleep to the scent of hay.

The apartment has two rooms of 12 m2. In the first room you will find two beds measuring 90 * 200 cm, and in the second one bed measuring 160 * 200 cm. The apartment has an equipped kitchen where you can prepare tasty meals, and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

Outside there is a barbecue area, a covered enclosed summer kitchen with garden furniture, sun loungers and a garden, where you can relax and enjoy the sunny weather. Free Wi – fi, free parking and a bicycle storage area are also available. 

Treat yourself to a breakfast of homemade delicacies in the heart of the Krn mountain range, and to lounging in the garden with magnificent views of the Julian Alps and the Triglav National Park. You can enjoy exploring the Soča Valley with its natural and cultural sights, seeing magnificent waterfalls and the Tolmin Gorges, and the rich history of the Isonzo Front.

Or opt for an adrenaline day: climbing, rafting, paragliding, cycling and bathing in the Nadiža. The surroundings offer many different hiking and cycling trails and via ferratas; explore secluded corners of nature or simply walk across the mountain pastures with unique views reaching as far as the sea. Children will delight in the farm animals in the pasture and on the farm, and there is plenty of room to play in the garden.

You can opt for guided hiking routes, easy or demanding via ferratas. We have also put together hiking packages for families with children, when we set off on an evening walk with a lamp.
