In Bohinjska Bistrica, right by the forest, at the foot of the new ski slope, completely away from the tourist bustle, are the luxury Bohinjskih 7 apartments.
On the ground floor of the house are the Soteska studio (for 2 people), the Reka apartment (for 4 people) and the Jezero apartment (for 4 people). All the apartments have their own balcony and access to the garden.
In the first floor are the Planina apartments (for 4 people), Dolina jezer (for 3 people) and the two-storey Slap apartment (for 5 people), which children will especially love. They all have their own balcony, and Slap even has two.
The second floor is graced by the Vršac apartment »de luxe«, an exceptionally spacious apartment for 4 to 6 people with two bedrooms, a huge and superbly equipped living area, a dining room and a kitchen, its own sauna, a large bathtub, a large balcony and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains including Triglav.
All apartments are equipped above standard. Custom-made furniture, the most modern kitchens, comfortable sofa sets in genuine leather, large SMART TV sets, wi-fi connection. We are aware of what quality sleep means these days – that is why we have equipped the beds with exceptionally high-quality mattresses, as we really want you to rest with us. We are well aware that demanding guests expect impeccably clean apartments, which is why we have taken thorough care of it. With us you will not need to rinse the dishes and glasses before use or wipe the dust from the drawers and the shelves, as our staff take care of impeccable cleanliness just before your arrival. You park directly next to the building, where you have at your disposal 7 parking spaces (6 of them covered).
On top of that, in the basement rooms found a place where you will pleasantly relax and give yourself over to comfort: gym, jacuzzi, sauna and a space for rest and pampering. All this may be used only by you, the guests of Hiša Bohinjskih 7.
Activities that Bohinj offers are really numerous: mountain walking, cycling, bathing, walks in unspoilt nature, climbing, paragliding, rowing, swimming and other water activities in the lake and the river, such as fishing and boating. In winter in Bohinj you can ski at the ski resort or set off on ski tours to the surrounding peaks, you can go cross-country skiing or opt for ice skating …

The table shows the prices of the apartments per night by date; the prices are in €. The price includes the use of free internet, the use of water and electricity, the use of the parking space and the use of all the equipment and supplies in the building.
Not included in the price:
- Accommodation charge: 40 € (bed linen, towels, final cleaning).
- Tourist tax: 2.50 €/day. Children from 7 to 17 years: 1.25 €/day. Children under 7 are exempt from the tax.
- Extra bed, if the apartment allows it: 10 €/night (in high season 20 €/night). For children under 2 there is no surcharge.
Terms:
- The minimum number of nights is 2.
- In the main season (summer, school holidays, New Year) the price for a stay shorter than 4 nights may be increased by a further 30 %.
- For bookings in the main season we require a prepayment of 35 % of the total price (we may also require a prepayment for bookings outside the main season).
- In the event of cancellation of the booking we charge 35 % of the total price.
- In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or of a no-show we charge the full price.
Wellness:
- Mini wellness in complete privacy, 1,5 h: 30 € (if only the sauna is available, the price is 20 €).
Additional services:
- Pranje perila (pranje + sušenje): 10 €/stroj.
- Likanje perila: 10 €/stroj.
- Ironing shirts: 2 €/item.

Arrivals from 15.00 onwards, departures by 10.00 in the morning (times outside these must be arranged). For arrivals after 21.00 we may charge 10 € for the additional cost of our staff.

In the event of damage caused by negligence or wilfulness we will charge you for it.
In Hiša Bohinjskih 7 a mini wellness area and a mini fitness room are located in the basement rooms, intended for the guests of Hiša Bohinjskih 7 and in the spirit of privacy - this means that the fitness room or the wellness area can be used by only one apartment at a time. Both the fitness room and the wellness area can be used for 1.5 h.
In the wellness area you have at your disposal a sauna, a jacuzzi and a space for pampering and relaxing to music. In the fitness room for the whole family you have at your disposal a treadmill, an exercise bike, a multifunctional machine, TRX and weights.
Price list:
For our guests the price for mini wellness in complete privacy is 30 eur/slot (1,5 h) regardless of the number of guests in the apartment.
All guests are entitled to free use of the mini gym for one slot a day (1,5 h).
Our wellness and gym are closed over the summer (from 1.6. to 30.9.).
