Terms and conditions
1. Reservation
You are required to pay 30 % of the total value in advance. We will confirm your reservation after receiving a prepayment receipt and send you the details for subsequent full payment.
2. Check-outs and arrivals
The apartments are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. The check-out time is 9 am on the last day of stay.
3. Cancelation policy
Cancellation is free of charge if reported 20 days in advance, or else the prepayment cannot be refunded.
4. Pets are not allowed.
